Q How do I order pens from Nationwide Pens?

Q How do I send my logo?

A Please send your logo via email at graphics@nationwide.com

Q Why is there a logo charge?

A The logo charge is for resizing,scannning and storing your artwork. This is a one time charge unless you make changes to your logo.

Q Do you charge for imprinting my company information?

A No this is included with your order.

Q How much information am I allowed on pens?

A Most pens we offer have a 5 line/30 character limit. However all laser imprinted pens offer only 3 lines/30 character limit

Q Can I use more than one color for imprinting my pens?

A We can only offer one color imprint at this time.

Q What colors are available for imprinting?

A We have many colors available for each pen. All colors are listed on the order page for each pen. If you don't see the color you want please chat with us online and we will see if we can get it for you.

Q What fonts can I use in my order?

A All fonts available are listed on each order page. If you don't see the font you want please chat with us online and we will see if we can get the font you want.

Q Do I have to order all my pens the same color?

A No you can order all of our pens in assorted colors.

Q If I'm unhappy with my pens can I send them back?

A If your order is done to your specifications we cannot offer a refund,but if there is a mistake we will either replace with the corrected pen or refund your money.

Q What if I place my order twice?

A If you place your order twice you will get two email invoices. If this happens please call us immediatly so we can cancel one of the orders.
